- Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy for the Development of an Implementation Plan and Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for the Jamaica Education and Transformation Commission-S (Jetc-S) Recommendations Availability of Tender Documents Tender Documents will be available from Thursday, June 30, 2022 to Friday, July 15, 2022 and can be collected between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for a non-refundable fee of $2,000.00 from the address below. Payment may be made in cash or manager-s cheque payable to the Ministry of Education & Youth. Payment must be made to the Cashier on the 2nd Floor, Building 1, and receipt used to claim the document.
