- Expression of Interest are invited for Strategic Organizational Review Consultancy Services. The Consulting Services ("the Services”) To conduct a strategic organizational review of the Ministry of Local Government & Rural Development • in support of the Ministry's mandate to develop robust policies in the Local Government and Rural Development portfolios in keeping with the requirements of VISION 2030 especially in respect to Goal # 3 and National Outcomes Ms 8. 11 and 12; the Sustainable Development Goals and the pnonties relating to public sector reform and the rationalization of public bodies • to assess the current capacities and capabilities of the Ministry in light of its more expansive role in the strategic, technical and day to day operations of the gamut of the local government fraternity and the attendant sectors • to determine and address shortcomings and gaps in the current organizational design. Institutional frameworks, the systems, mechanisms and capacities relevant to a modem and reformed Ministry • to examine the local government reform process and its fit with the current outlook of the Ministry Eligible consultants/interested Firms/Entities must indicate their interest by providing information demonstrating that they have the required qualification and relevant experience to perform the services. The Terms of Reference will be available for down-load from the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement (GOJEP) portal at www.goJep.gov.Jm as of November 22, 2022. Submission Date Expression of Interests must be uploaded to the Government of Jamaica electronic procurement portal (Gojep) on or before December 6. 2022 at 12 noon.
