- Tenders are invited for Civil Engineering Services (Pre-Contract Services) Passley Gardens Housing Development, Portland carry out оn-site and off-site reconnaissance before the start of the design activities investigate, plan and design the civil infrastructure for the development obtain all the related design approvals from all the relevant agencies and authorities prepare the tender documents (to include, among other things, the forms of tender) prepare all related design drawings and specifications; provide responses to queries during the process for the procurement of the infrastructure works contractor prepare the contract document.
