Estimate 6 months execution and 12 months DLP.OVERVIEWThe objective of these Terms of Reference is to guide a bidding exercise to identify a suitableGrade 1 General Contractor as identified by the National Contracts Commission to execute the works described below within the agreed quality, budget, and timeline. The general aim of the Project is to provide a long-term solution for the public health system in Jamaica by constructing and installingan oxygen plant at the May Pen Hospital in Clarendon to better handle emergencies.SUBMISSIONSubmit your Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal as separate documents, along with all required attachments, in PDF format only on or before 23:55 PM on May 16, 2025 Kingston, Jamaica time, tojam-procurement@unicef.org.
