- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for the Procurement of an Independent Operational Audit of the Bureau of Standards Jamaica (BSJ) and National Compliance & Regulatory Authority (NCRA). Consultancy Services for the Procurement of Athe Consulting Services ("the Service") are for Consulting Firm's Engagement to Undertake a Comprehensive Review of the Operations of Portfolio-Related Executive Agencies/Bodies. The Anticipated Duration of the Assignment is Sixty (60) Days. Consultancy Firms Meeting the Requirements will be Shortlisted for Selection in Accordance with the Government of Jamaica (Goj) Handbook of Public Sector Procedures (Revised March 2014). Volume 3 of 4 of the Procedures for the Procurement of Consulting Services. Complete Details of the Selection Process will be Provided to the Shortlisted Consultants at the Point at Which Specific Sen/Ices are being Tendered. Interested Consultancy Firms must Provide a Company Profile Outlining Their Quaiification(S). Professional Certification (S) for the Company and Personnel, and Associated Registration(S) with Professional Bodies (e.g. Certified Internal Auditor (Cia). Certified Fraud Examiner (Cfe). Certified Public Accountant (Cpa). Expenences in Undertaking Similar Assignments and Necessary Skills and Expertise to Deliver the Relevant Services. The Firm should Meet the following Criteria: • a Minimum of Three (3) Assignments in the Last Six (6) Years Covering an Operational or Process Review Audit of a Medium to Large Size Organization. • at Least Three (3) Years of Expenence in Undertaking Audits of Government Entities • Risk Management Assurance certification.n Independent Operational Audit of the Bureau of Standards Jamaica (Bsj) and National Compliance & Regulatory Authority (NCRA).
