- Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services - Firm Selection. Jamaica: Foundations for Competitiveness and Growth Project Loan No.: 9203-Jm Assignment Title: Proposals to Inform the Cabinet Submission & Proposed Drafting Instructions for the Repeal & Replacement of the Trade Act 1955 . Reference No. (As Per Procurement Plan): Fcg/Goj/conj31 the Government of Jamaica (Goj) has Received Financing from the World Bank toward the Cost of the Foundations Tor Competitiveness and Growth Project, and Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds for Consisting Services. The Consulting Services (“the Services") the Consultant is Expected to Prepare a Concept Paper Outlining the Key Areas to be Addressed in the New Trade Act and Regulations to Replace and Repeal the Trade Act. 1955 and Ancillary Regulations, as Well as the Proposals to Inform the Cabinet Submission and Proposed Drafting Instructions for Same. The Consultant is Expected to Prepare Accompanying Explanatory Notes and Conduct Consultation with and Sensitization of Stakeholders in Relation to the Proposals to Inform the Cabinet Submission and Proposed Drafting Instructions.
