Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services - Training of Staff in Customer Relationship Management The OPM now invites eligible firms or consortia (“Consultants”) to Indicate interest in providing the required services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating: 1. At least three (3) years- experience in organizing and delivering customized customer relationship training courses. 2. The proposed team as a whole shall meet the following minimum qualification and experience requirements: a. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Management or related area with at least five years' experience in Improving customer relationship management and best practices: b. Certified Customer Service Professional Certification or equivalent; c. At least five (5) years' teaching or coaching experience with adult learners; d. At least five (5) years- practical experience in clients- assessment and customer relationship management programme development would be an asset; e. Track record of accomplishment in delivering at least five (5) similar courses for small, medium and large organizations; 3. Registration of firm, that is, presentation of a valid certificate of business registration; 4. Be a national of an IDB member country; 5. A valid Tax Compliance Certificate or Letter is required on contract award.
