- Tenders are invited for Design of a New Fumigation Facility at the Plant Quarantine Produce Inspection Branch Kingston Export Complex, Nmia, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. The Ministry will facilitate a Pre-Bid Conference Meeting/ Site Visit on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. for interested bidders During the Pre-Bid Conference Meeting/Site Visit, all COVID-19 protocols will be observed and bidders will be required to complete an attendance register ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS. All clarifications must be submitted online via the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website at www.goJep.gov.jm no later than Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Please note the Procuring Entity is NOT obligated to respond to any clarifications beyond this deadline. Tenders must be submitted by electronic portal (GOJEP) no later than Thursday, October 06, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Online Bid Opening will take place on Thursday, October 06, 2022 at 2:15 p.m An online Bid Opening Report will be sent to all bidders.
