INVITATION TO BID PROCUREMENT OF DIGITAL AIDED DRAWING LAPTOPS FOR SCHOOLS e-Learning Jamaica Company Limited, an Agency of the Ministry of Science, Energy and Technology (MSET), requests bids for the supply of 2,640 laptops. Bid reference number: EELJ2025-DADLaptops ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS To be considered eligible at the time of tender opening, your tender must include the following: • Copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate • Proof of current registration with the Public Procurement Commission / NCC in any category of: o Computers and Related Services o Computers, Computer Equipment, Parts AND Supplies o Information Technology Services • Bid Security valuing JMD $200,000 Devices are eligible for Microsoft Shape the Future Program Discount. Tender documents that do not comply with all the above requirements will be deemed non-responsive. SCOPE OF WORK Supply of laptops, maintenance, and warranty support.
