- Tenders are invited for Infrastructure and 72 Housing (Apartments) Solutions at 81 Bay Farm Road Located in Kingstone. The scope includes the construction of 72 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment solutions using traditional (block & steel) or any other approved Systems Building Methods, along with associated infrastructure works Valid Public Procurement Commission Certificate: Contractors must have a valid certificate in the categories of Civil Engineering and Building Construction, with a minimum Grade 1. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate/Tax Compliance Notification Letter: Applicants should provide evidence of tax compliance. Additional Requirements: Further requirements are outlined in the Prequalification Document, which is available for download on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement (GOJEP) System
