Expression of Interest are invited for Institutional Strengthening on the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Accreditation and Project Development process for the Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF), Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ), Climate Change Division (CCD), & Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ) Jsif is Seeking the Services of a Consulting Firm or Consortium to Execute Activities towards the Institutional Strengthening on the Green Climate Fund (Gcf) Accreditation and Project Development Process for Jamaica Social Investment Fund (Jsif), Planning Institute of Jamaica (Pioj), Climate Change Division (Ccd), & Development Bank of Jamaica (Dbj). This will Include Multi-Stakeholder Assessments of Readiness Needs to Both Identify and Address the Gaps within each Entity on its Capacity to Access Climate Finance, Develop and Operationalize Institutional Mechanisms with Documented Appropriately Tailored Tools and Resources, including Policy Documentation, and Improve Technical Skills through the Execution of Training. Duration: 9 Months Selection Method: Consultants- Qualifications Selection (Cqs) Procurement Method: International Competitive Bidding (Icb) Availability of Documents: Terms of Reference and Expression of Interest (Eoi) Standard Form will be Available for Download as of January 30, 2024, on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement Website at Www. gojep.gov.jm.
