The Forestry Departmentnow invites bids from eligible and qualified Consultants, to develop a mangrove management plan for the Forest Science & Technology Services Division at the Forestry Department at 173 Constant Spring Road, Kingston 8

Bidders must possess a valid Tax Compliance Letter to participate in this procurement opportunity.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain detailed information from the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement (GOJEP) Platform at www.gojep.gov.jm and request for clarification should be sent via the same platform.The “two-envelope” bidding system is being used. Therefore, the technical and financial proposals must be uploaded as separate files and clearly labelled. At no time must the bid price be disclosed in the technical proposal.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid closing and shall be submitted/uploaded to the GOJEP platform on or before May 5, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Bidders will be unable to upload their bids if the bid submission deadline has passed as late Bids will automatically be rejected by the system.

Bids will be opened electronically on May 5, 2021 at 11:15 AM via the GOJEP platform.
