- Expression of Interest are invited for Jamaica Broadband PPP: Legal Consultant The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, has been contracted by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ), to advise on the development of a National Broadband Network under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement (the “Project”). To support the delivery of the advisory mandate, IFC seeks to hire a Legal Consultant to support on legal due diligence and structuring matters related to the project, this will include identifying all legal issues affecting feasibility, mapping out currently legal regulatory requirements, assessing all governance related issues, analyzing reforms and fiscal regimes applicable to investors and evaluating transaction structure, amongst others.
