- Tenders are invited for Janitorial Services - NHT Head Office, 4 Park Boulevard, Kingston 5. Provide janitorial services for a period of two years. at the NHT's Head Office, Gym and Clubhouse located at 4 Park Boulevard. Kingston 5. The firm will be required to: provide all labour (janitors), cleaning and sanitizing agents, materials and equipment and all tissues and hand towel necessary for the execution of services clean and sanitize the offices, clubhouse, bathroom, meeting rooms, kitchenette clean and sanitize the telephones, desks. doorknobs, handles, and high touch areas such as customer services, cashiers, entrance lobby daily removal of all waste from offices and bathrooms clean, and power wash, walkways, corridors, trellis area and basement removal and disposal of all garbage from the compound 4 times weekly, and clean all interior and exterior glass on the main office building, clubhouse and gym. Tender Security: The amount of $500,000 is required
