- Request for proposals are invited for Maintenance Services at the Artisan Village, Falmouth The General Scope of Services includes but is not limited to: 1. Provision of staff to clean public bathrooms (male and female) during opening hours. 2. Provision of staff to clean staff bathrooms (male and female) during opening hours. 3. Provision of soap, paper towels, sanitary equip- ment. and toilet paper 4. Provision of resources to ensure garbage is removed from the property at least throe (3) times per week 5. All other duties as outlined in the detailed Terms of Reference. Contact Information: Procurement@tef.gov.jm Mandatory Site Visit a Site Visit will be Held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. At the Artisan Village Located at Hampden Wharf in Falmouth. A Maximum of Two (2) Representatives Per Bidder are Invited. The Names of the Representatives must be Submitted on or before Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Tender Document: Available on the Goj Electronic Procurement Website at www.gojep.gov.jm for Download from Thursday, February 1, 2024. Registration is Required for Vendors to Participate: Instructions are Available on the Website. Failure to Obtain the Bidding Documents from the Tef via the Goj Electronic Procurement Website will Result in the Bidder's Ineligibility to Participate in the Procurement Process. Deadline for Submission: Bids must be Submitted Online via www.gojep.gov.jm No Later than February 21, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Online Bid Opening Takes Place on the Same Day at 2:15 p.m.
