- Request for proposals are invited for Procurement for Civil and Structural Engineering Services for the Designs for the Jimmy Cliff Boulevard Redevelopment, Montego Bay - St. James for TEF The scope of works includes: • Conduct Reconnaissance survey to determine additional or special requirements • Verify and detail with reinforcement and specifications sidewalks as per design • Structural Design of a multi-storey Car Park at the Jewish Cemetery • Appropriate Structural Model for Car Park (Etabs or STAAD) • Provide detailing for new boundary walls as designed by architect • Provide details on fa?ades (including fixings, reinforcements details, and specifications) as per design • Stormwater drainage designs • Sewerage Design to Kent Avenue to connect to lift station on Jimmy Cliff Blvd • Connection detail for lift station • Provide details for NWC sewage connections (as applicable) • Roadway designs for expansion and resurfacing • Road Profiles and X-Sections in Civil 3D • Provide structural details for signage and street furniture
