- Tenders are invited for Procurement of External Audit Service and Agreed upon Procedures for Compliance with Goj Procurement Regulations for Three (3) Years (2023-2025). AVAILABILITY OF BID DOCUMENTS: Eligible bidders can obtain Tender Documents as of Monday, January 9, 2023 to Friday, January 13, 2023 between 9:00 ajn. and 3:00 p.m. at the office of: CHASE Fund, 8 Belmont Road, Kingston 5. A non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) in cash or Manager-s cheque made payable to CHASE, will be required for each set of Tender Documents. All queries concerning the tender shall be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, CHASE, 8 Belmont Road, Kingston 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: The Tender/s along with the required documents i.e. Certificate of Registration/license to perform the service required, a valid TCC/ TCL, etc. are to be placed in a sealed envelope and deposited in the designated tender box provided marked with the name of the respective service, which will be located in the waiting area of the CHASE Office at 8 Belmont Road, Kingston 5, on or before the deadline of 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2023. Late Bids will be rejected. OPENING OF TENDERS: Tender envelopes will be opened publicly on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 2:15 p.m. in the main conference room at CHASE Fund, 8 Belmont Road, Kingston.
