Description:
Tenders are invited for FM Broadcast Repacking Consulting Services for the SMA. Project Scope: i. Quantitatively review the FM Broadcast assignments to first determine existing congestion in the Band and provide a report of the findings. ii. Utilize international best practices to inform the revision of the existing technical operating guidelines that will guide operations in the Band. ii. Provide stakeholders with justification for the redesign of their network if a redesign is necessary to achieve the project objectives. IV. Participate in the consultation process in presenting the design to stakeholders to outline in detail the benefit the repacking exercise will have on each operator. V. Prepare and present a final report outlining the findings and recommendations of the assessment of the FM Broadcast Band to achieve the objectives. Deadline: 04-01-2023.
