- The National Works Agency (NWA) is seeking a suitable supplier to administer Pest Control Services for a period of two (2) years (2025-2027) at the following locations: South East Region 1. Corporate Office, 140 Maxfield Avenue, Kingston 10; 2. NWA's Child Care Facility at Corporate Office, 140 Maxfield Avenue, Kingston 10 3. Traffic Management Unit, 145 Maxfield Avenue, Kingston 10 4. South East Regional Office (Formerly KMR), 15 Hagley Park, Kingston 10; 5. St Catherine Parish Office, 15 Barnett Street, Spanish Town; and 6. St Thomas Parish Office, 2A Wharf Road, Morant Bay, St. Thomas. Southern Region 1. South Regional/Manchester Parish Offices, 33 Caledonia Road, Mandeville; 2. Clarendon Parish Office, Trenton Road, May Pen, Clarendon; and 3. St Elizabeth Parish Office, 60 High Street, Black River; Northeast Region 1. St. Ann Parish Office, 13 Main Street, Charles Town, St Ann-s Bay; 2. St Mary Parish Office, Main Street, Richmond, St Mary; and 3. North Eastern Regional and Portland Parish Office, 38 West Street, Shop# 8, Port Antonio; Western Region 1. Trelawny Parish Office, 72 Duke Street, Falmouth, Trelawny 2. Western Regional/St. James Parish Offices, Flankers Main Road, St. James; 3. Hanover Parish Office, 3 Haughton Court, Lucea, Hanover; and 4. Westmoreland Parish Office, 4 Barracks Rd, Savanna la Mar, Westmoreland. To be considered eligible, bidders must submit the following with their bids: • A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC); • A valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Certificate in the category of Pest Control Services, Safety Products or General Services, specializing in Pest Control Services. • Valid Pest Control Operation License issued by the Pesticide Control Authority • Valid Pest Control Applicator-s Certificate issued by the Pesticide Control Authority. Failure to submit the documents listed above shall result in the rejection of the bid.
