- Tenders are invited for Provide Pre- and Post-Contract Services to Facilitate the Regularization of the Infrastructure that Supports an Informal Community of Approximately 180 Houses in Comfort, Mount Salem, St. James. The successful civil engineering firm will be required to: • prepare the civil and infrastructure design, including electrical and water distribution system, access road and on/off-site drainage system for trie development • assess and finalize the sub-division layout plan: • obtain approvals from all relevant agencies for all related designs • prepare tender and contract documents, inclusive of priced and unpriced Bills of Quantities (BGsi • evaluate bids received, and • monitor the Works contract.
