- Tenders are invited for Provision of Bus Air-Conditioning Repairs and Maintenance Services 2020-2022 REF NUMBER 10-1407/19 Scope: • The successful Bidder will be required to execute all (unctions required to ensure the air-conditioning units/system in the Company`s fleet ol approximately (our hundred (400) buses are adequately serviced, maintained and repaired as necessary. Procurement Method National Competitive Bidding Eligibility • Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) • Valid Public Procurement Certificate (formerly NCC) in the category o( "Heating. Ventilation. Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Services-Other documents as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders Tender documents • Will be available (or download as of Monday, January 27, 2020 on the Government o( Jamaica Electronic Procurement website (www.gojep.gov.jm) Deadline for Submission Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than Friday, February 28, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Late Bids will be rejected. Bid Opening • Online Bid opening will take place on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 2:15 p.m. NOTE: Bidders are being encouraged to peruse the Instructions to Bidders/Standard Bidding Document in its entirety.
