• Description:
• The scope of security services will include, but not limited to, perimeter security designed to exclude intruders, static security at specific entrance and exit points on the boundaries of the properties, preventive security (inclusive where necessary the searching of personal effects and vehicles of workers and visitors), security dispersal to minimize theft and vandalism of properties and controlled security to deal with unforeseen situations involving hostility or violence. The security team will also be required to enforce parking regulations, where applicable. The locations for which the provision of private security services is required for UDC - owned and operated facilities in St. Ann are as follows: 1. Dunn-s River Falls and Park 2. Ocho Rios Bay Beach 3. Ocho Rios Marina 4. Turtle River Park 5. Belmont Cove 6. Laughing Waters 7. Runaway Bay Water Company Office 8. St. Ann Development Company - Main Office 9. Rooms on the Beach
