- Tenders are invited for Quantity Surveying Services - Dundee Housing Development Phase 1, Trelawny. Surveyors to Submit Proposals to Provide Pre and Post-Contract Services for the Development of 500 Housing Solutions on 51.78 Hectares (128 Acres) of Land at Dundee Housing Development, Trelawny. The Successful Quantity Surveyor will be Required to: • Prepare Preliminary Estimates Based on Preliminary Designs • Prepare Tender Documents, Inclusive of Priced and Unpriced Bills of Quantities (Bqs) • Evaluate Bids Received (including Alternative Methods of Construction) and Prepare Tender Evaluation Report • Monitor the Works Contract including Checking and Verifying the Quantities Claimed by the Main and/or Sub-Contractors and Prepare Interim Valuations on Account to the Contractor, and • Prepare and Certify the Final Accounts for the Works.
