Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation and Upgrading Programme (Phase 2) - Design-Build (and Operate) Works for the Rehabilitation and Upgrading of 3 Nwc Wwtps Located in the Parishes of Portland, St. Mary and St. Thomas Procuring Entity: The National Water Commission Description of Service: The works comprises the Design - Build (and Operate) Works for the Rehabilitation and Upgrading of 3 NWC WWTPs located in Parishes of Portland (Woodstock WWTP). St. Mary (Stockholm WWTP) and St. Thomas (East Prospect) as per the Work Requirements inclusive of civil, electrical and mechanical works as stated in Contract Specifications and Conditions. Submission Deadline: Tenders must be submitted via the GOJEP no later than Wednesday, February 28. 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Late bids will be automatically rejected by the system. The original Bid Security MUST be submitted in hard copy to the Tender Box at the National Water Commission (NWC) delivered by Monday. February 29. 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the following address: The Tender Box National Water Commission 18 Oxford Road Kingston 5, Jamaica, W1 Failure to deliver the original bid security at the date and time specified will render the bid non-compliant. The “Tender Box” is located In the Cashier-s Section, to the left upon entering the building at 18 Oxford Road.
