Description:
Tenders are invited for Proposed Renovation for Bishops Lodge Car Park Renovation of the Bishop's Lodge Car Park at King's House. Kingston. Jamaica. Description of Works The Proposed Site is Located at King's House Jamaica. The Scope of Works Described in the Bills of Quantities is for the Construction of an Asphaltic Concrete and Grasscrete Parking Area. The Works Include for Excavation and Earthworks. 50mm Thick Asphaltic Concrete, Grasscrete Pavers, Drainage and Other Associated Works. For the Detailed Scope of Works, Please Review the Bidding Document. Eligibility The Selected Bidder will be Required to Obtain and Submit a Valid Tax Compliance Certificate/ Letter (Tcc/Tcl) and Public Procurement Commission (Ppc) Registration Certificate at the Time of Bid Submission. Bid Security A Bid Security of J$700,000/- will be Required. Bids Submitted without a Valid Bid Security will be Automatically Rejected.
