- Tenders are invited for Security Services Availability of Bid Documents & Bid Submission Bid Documents will be available from December 20, 2022 to January 26, 2023 online at www.gojep.gov.jm Bids will be submitted online, there will be no physical collection of bid documents. Late bids will automatically be rejected by the system. Bid Security A bid security of One Million dollars ($1,000,000.00) will be required in manager's cheque or bond which must be submitted with the bid documents electronically and then submitted in hard copy to the Child Protection & Family Services Agency. Performance Security A performance Security will be applicable as a condition of contract. Deadline for Submission of Bids Bids must be submitted online via GOJEP portal at www.gojep.gov.jm no later than January 26, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Late bids will be rejected by the system. Bid Opening Bids will be opened online using the www.gojep.gov.jm online platform on January 26, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. An online bid report will be sent to all bidders.
