- Tenders are invited for Supply of One (1) Telescopic Aerial Bucket Lift Van. Eligibility for Bid Submission To establish eligibility. Bidders must comply with the following cntena at the time of bid submission: 1. Must be nationals of member countries of the IDB and or EU eligible countries. 2. A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) OR a valid Tax Compliance Letter (TCL). 3. Proof of registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC), formerly National Contracts Commission (NCC) in following category: • Motor Vehicles and Spares 4. Completed and signed Bid Submission Form with seal affixed 5. Completed Bid Information Form 6. Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Bid to commit the Bidder
